Suddenly I got sad because I realized that this would be the last week that boiffie and I get to sit beside each other at work. He will be transferring team and unfortunately his new team resides at teh old office in SMPC Ortigas. And this will be effective next week, August 1.

Work is stressful. And sometimes, at work, people are stressful too. Good thing there are positive people around me who keep me sane. They are teh people I value in my field of work.
Also, I am so thankful for my manager and my team lead, Jon and Ronnel. They have been consistent in inspiring others, in providing better opportunities, in being generous for giving us the space to make mistakes and recover from them, in showing us what great leadership really is, in putting their hearts in their own governance, in valuing the contributions of their team members, and most especially, in putting their team members’ welfare and happiness in great consideration.
One thing I am proud about my lead, is that he knows he has flaws, he knows he makes mistakes and he acknowledges it. Not just that, he make sure that he comes up with action items to address issues. Also, he does not count how many times I have failed, but rather he will always assist me on getting back on my feet everytime I stumble down. He is not the perfect lead in HP but I am one lucky gal to be in his team. I know right 
I have never seen both of them lose their cool amidst any issue (and I think that’s what every leader should learn master). It only shows that they are matured enough and wise enough to take on the role of being a great leader.
Bottomline, what separate them from others are: 1. that they have passion for what they are doing and 2. they have big hearts for their teams, teh family they call their own at work.

I think I am losing my align with blogging. I have not maintain a decent blog since 2008. 
And that’s sad, really. Maybe it’s just that my priorities now are different, unlike before that all I do is blog.
Speaking of blogs, I think I need to concentrate in making that makeup blog a reality. I have been gaining experience with makeup, and people have started turning to me for help, makeup tips and the like. They are some of my friends and officemates, and while their number does not reach hundreds, still it is very inspiring and fulfilling that I can help other girls with something I am very passionate about. Woot!
Sounds exciting right? I know i know.

Friday.
Was on leave. Akshully, it was more of an offset than leave. I have been in teh office 12-15 hrs a day Tuesday to Thursday (and only to find out today that all the effort is just worth a big thank you bow wth is that).
I watched Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince movie with boiffie at SM North IMAX Cinema which cost us 800 friggin pesosssesses! It was the most expensive 12minute 3D experience. WTH.
We had dinner at Teki Boy because I have been craving for TekiBoy’s signature teriyaki chicken. I had avocado shake, a refreshing treat after a stressful week.
Past 10pm we decided to go home and marathon The Mexican and Mine, Yours, Ours. (Try gooogool search if you’re not familiar).
Saturday
This is a rather busy day. My bestfriend Mitch went to our house in the afternoon. We planned to go to Gateway, have dinner and sit down with cups of coffee at Starbucks. But then, my mom talked us into accompanying her to the mall to pick up some stuff.
We had dinner at Mang Inasal. Mahaha. I love the chicken there. And I was surprised that there is such a thing like CHICKEN OIL that you pour into your rice. o.o
Also, this day was the day I first practice the art of makeup to someone other than myself! And yes, that someone is my bestfriend! haha.
After the mall thing with the mom and the bestfriend, I had to rush to Gateway to meet the boiffie.
Sunday
Sunday is the most tiring day of this long weekend wootiber. We drove from Bulacan to Antipolo, Antipolo to Greenhills, Greenhills to Antipolo, then Antipolo to Bulacan. IKR!
Details? Went to church, ate at BK SM Marikina, had dinner at Greenhills Yoshinoya, had the nails done at Bench Fix Greenhills, dropped by Mica’s shoot, and I can’t remember the rest. Meh.

Also, I just found out that Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince movie will coming to theaters on Wednesday! Where have I been and I wasn’t informed? o.o I hope the boiffie could get tickets to IMAX Moa or SM The Block. I am planning to watch it on Friday. *crossses fingers*

Erhmm overall June was both exciting and boring, painful and blissful, stressful and fulfilling.
