Older Doesn’t Always Mean Better

I just couldn’t let this day pass with just a “Happy 2nd blogversary Pink Urinal” posted. So I am reposting previous blog.

Pink Urinal and I have been together for quite some time now. That is why I just can’t get over it, even with my other blogs - The Pink Delta used to be the first Pink Urinal, and Another Pink Urinal Blog was Pink Urinal also some weeks ago.

But sadly, like some couples who have grown apart, Pink Urinal and I have grown to be oblivious of each other. If only this blog has life of its own, it could have developed some animosity towards me. I’m guilty though. I haven’t been in touch with her (just let me refer to Pink Urinal as her, it felt like we’ve been sisters for years).

Recently, my life was in a shamble. There was horror that people couldn’t imagine, not for someone as young as me. And I wasn’t able to share it to her (not even as a private post, or a draft one). I forgot what writing was. I forgot what blogging was. With all the pain that is consuming me since the past four months of my life, I forgotten that I always had her (and will always have her) as my confidant, my friend, my sister, my life partner. I mean, she was there when I survived my past storms.

Somehow, Im guilty because I am becoming someone that I am not. It reflects, actually. I haven’t been posting personal post recently, unlike before, I share experience, life lessons and other stuff that might inspire readers.

Anyhoo, I’d quit this emotional ranting and share the limelight to its real owner.

Happy 2nd Blogversary to you, my friend. Thanks for inspiring us, for making us laugh, for providing a channel for communication and discussion. It may have stopped for some time, but we can make it all happen again. It’s been two years, let’s have more.
