What comes to your mind when you hear the words "Real Estate"? Well, if you are to ask me, I can only think of 3 related words: land, house and property- those are pretty general terms. For a more specific thought, I could also consider the Branson property which involves luxurious real estate development projects such as homes, golf courses and woodland retreats. Real estate is a very broad and rich concept and it is highly recommended that people should learn at least the basics of this growing industry.
I love smart cars. If I will be given a chance to buy my own car, it will definitely choose a smart car. The thing I love the most with smart cars is the shape. The cute curves of these geeky automobiles turn me on. If I get to own a smart car, I will drive 24/7. Just kidding. But hey, I would definitely pamper my smart car with chrome accessories and lots of enhancement gadgets.
Count a year or two and there will be newer and cooler techy stuff in stores. Take mp3s. Soon enough, mp3 players will phase out along with the other gone-faded stuff.
If people behind the development of file compression thingy can figure out another efficient and economical way to compress files, then mp3 will soon be phasing out. And I think mp3 phase out will come first before I can even buy an mp3 player. Rar.
I can’t consider myself as a fashion junkie. I wear simple clothes and minimal accessories. But I must say, I have a very good taste when it comes to mixing and matching of different outfits. I am not a fan of sheepskin boots, I prefer rubber flip-flops or doll shoes. I don’t wear big and heavy earrings. I prefer putting on pearls of different colors. I don’t over-style my hair. I just have to keep it soft, shiny and neat. That is what I am.
