We have “almost” survived half of our thesis course. Thanks to those grueling nights and tinkering days. Last September 5, we had our first major thesis presentation. I was so nervous back then but thank God we were able to pull it off successfully. Next semester will be more grueling. Hehe.
Our thesis activities for next semester will be full of programming. Unlike this semester where in we focused our energies on research. For the past few months of thesis research, I made friends with Google. He (or she) helped me a lot in searching for useful resources for our thesis.
Since I’ve been using Google for quite some time, why don’t I try out Groovle? What is this Groovle by the way? It physically enhances your Google pages by allowing you to upload and display photos of your choice on the main search page. I think it’s more fun to have a uniquely designed Google search page than the normal one.
But come to think of it, if all internet users around the world will use personalized home pages, there will be a greater consumption of energy. So it is up to you if you want to save energy by keeping your Google home page in it’s normal appearance.
