Yes. It's my birthday to today. I am twenty and I just can't let go the teeny childish me.
I am not really feeling great today. I feel guilty though. My boyps have been super excited for weeks now. Yeah. He's more excited than me. And I am telling you again, he's excited as hell! He has grand plans for today and I am not on the mood but I just can't spoil things up! No, not when he's excited like a li'l boy!
Talk about balloons, cake, clowns, sumptuous cuisine, and even children's party. Or a debut bash. None can make me feel like t'is really my day today. None. Nada.
But I am grateful to those people who greeted me already, kind words and best wishes. When I woke up this morning, I found the most number of messages I have ever received in my mobile inbox, and these are from the people who are close to me and have been a part of my lfe.*mushy me* Thanks guys! 
I am still waiting for some other. Uhmm, two girls I will say. Anyway…
Later this afternoon, I will be meeting Isian and some other CBI* friends. Isian is a former classmate in grade school and high school and we are bonded by the same faith. We have been so close to each other that I look to him as my older brother, since I don't have one. And kinda likes it. The way that I treat him as a Kuya. And he likes to look over me. Taking care of a little sister. Very nice.
Well, anyway, I am still happy to be here. One soul living in this uncertain world. And I am so much happy that in that certain uncertainty, there's one brave soul who wants to travel with me, no matter how endless the road seems, no matter how rocky it can get. I lub yoo Mahal!
Twenty means more responsibilities. And I hate it. I am not ready yet. But time is time. Years is years. So maybe I'll just end greeting myself, 'A warm happy birthday on this rainy day! More blessings to come.' Thank you God.
P.S. Where is my mom, you would ask? We had a fight again last night. And it's about the same old reason/story. But this morning, she prepared breakfast and greeted me. Thanks, Ma! I am weighing again my options. I feel like not moving out again. For the nth time.
