Adjustments
Since the internship days, I haven’t given ample time for my blog. It may sound absurd but really, it’s taking too much of my time. Eight hours everyday seem not to be enough for the load of work to finish. It must be the fact that we still have to study the things (i.e code igniter, javascript) we should use to develop the modules assigned to us. And also, it took us two days just configuring the environment! T’is not just like school where you own your time. You can’t slack off any moment you want. And you really have to wake up early, much if you live in Antipolo and the office is in Ortigas — more or less two hours travel time — not to mention the fare that’s been hurting my pocket.
The thing is, I am a nocturnal person. I work best during the night. And my brain is empty during the day. That accounts for the occasional sleeps sneaked in classrooms. Really, I find it hard to adjust with the new setup. Ok, hey it’s been three weeks now! I have been sleeping past twelve every night and waking up five in the morning. That’s crazy when you do that everyday. Even Saturdays and Sundays, I still work on the modules. Usually, I get stuck for two hours or three for debugging a certain error and be dumbfounded to realize that there is just a missing letter in a variable, or I have just used the wrong index in my ‘for loop’ or have used int instead of var in javascript. Really, Im not very comfortable with it. But I have to.
Ok. Now, no time for blogging, for blog hops, for gaming. Argh. No choice. I have eh. But it’s ok. It’s still fun. I get to learn things. New things.
Progress
Last night, my mom and I went out for dinner. Of course, Louis was also there. He always play bridge/moderator between us.
So there. All things out. All things cleared out. She said she was sorry and she’s willing to get things back to normal, just like before.
We went to church together this morning. Yes. Together. After two weeks. And after a month and a half, I really do hope that things will really fall back to their proper places. Enough of the stress.

Extra
I received my second links order from BlogToProfit last friday. Five links to post until Monday. Phew. That’s cool. Another extra bucks. I remembered my first links order: ten links, eight of which are about cosmetic surgery.
Etc.
I am watching Lea Salonga perform in SOP. Woah. She’s stunningly beautiful, and her voice? You can never expect less from a Saigon cast.
Nice. Good to know that you guys are going thru this a a good rate (in fact a fast rate…hmm…). I think you guys will be ok.
